Updated: Bullock preliminary hearing Day 3- Judge finds probable cause on all charges-Trial on February 5

Judge Marilyn Miles found probable cause to proceed to trial once the preliminary hearing concluded for the Bullock case. She addressed each count and charge made by the People in their original complaint, addressed and suggested a different penal code may be more appropriate for the attempted arson charge.

Bullock will be rearriagned on February 5 in Courtroom 1 at 2 PM.

New evidence presented today included police finding a vial of Dexamethasune Sodium Phosphate on the church property near the fence; Bullock concealing Fr. Eric's vehicle, and when he went to his mother and step-father's house that he had a "zombie look", was acting "crazy" and believed he was Archangel Michael. When he was arrested he was wearing a rosary that his wife had given him. His stepfather described his behavior and speech later on January 1, few hours after fled the scene from the church as "biblical rantings."

The same symbol of A was found near Fr. Eric's car and on Bullock's mother and stepfather's property.

According to WebMD, DSP is a medication is used to treat various conditions such as severe allergic reactions, arthritis and blood diseases, breathing problems, certain cancers, eye diseases, intestinal disorders, and skin diseases. It is also used to test for an adrenal gland disorder (Cushing's syndrome). It decreases your body's natural defensive response and reduces symptoms such as swelling and allergic-type reactions. Dexamethasone is a corticosteroid hormone (glucocorticoid). This injectable form of dexamethasone is used when a similar drug cannot be taken by mouth or when a very fast response is needed, especially in patients with severe medical conditions.
