Power outage out at the Mall and Costco; was the billboard vandal bored?
No one knows why according to LOCO. Maybe, the Billboard vandal was bored? Usually, this happens around the holidays with cell-service down. Hope we get some answers soon.
The power is back on at the Mall.Maybe it was all that free wifi and cell-phone charging being used by the folks at the Greenbelt that caused a temporary outage.
Likely some drunk toppled a power pole. LOCO employees too stoned to pay attention.
