Since the last mistrial case is still pending appeal, a Disposition hearing has been set for 7/15.
The current trial date for June 30 has been vacated.

Today in Courtroom 2, trial confirmation hearing was set for 2 p.m. While it did not show up on the online or new digital calendars, the public access computers and DA's office confirmed the hearing was still on for today.
