Sunshine had five wounds, one grazing the tip of his penis. Christina had a bullet wound on top of the head and so much blood that it matted her hair and splattered on her chest.
Before showing the photos, Ms. Firpo turned towards Christina's family and friends and said, "I apologize in general for these."
There were a total of five gunshot wounds on Alan Marcet's body. The first photo was his chest with blood matted into his chest hair. The second photo was of Sunshine's upper back with bruises. The third photo was a gunshot wound to the abdomen. The fourth photo showed a bullet wound and a rod had been inserted during the autopsy to show that the bullet went through his lower arm. The fifth photo showed two bullet wounds under his arm on the left side. Sixth photo showed visible wound; the bullet that grazed the tip of his penis.
There were three bullet wounds on Christina's body. The very first photo was the one with most blood. Her hair matted with blood, the blood spattered all over his chest. The second photo was where the blood had been cleaned so you could see the wound on top of her head. The third photo was the lower back side of her head with bruising and distortion and the bullet had to be extracted. The fourth photo was the bullet. The fifth photo was a bullet wound on the lower leg. The sixth photo was Christina's hand and a rod had been inserted to show two points of entry and exit: thumb and then the web of her finger. The 7th photo same rod to show path of bullet.
No parent should have to go through this.
