Two arrests by HCSO on warrants with penal codes that one rarely sees on the jail log.
Marc Daniel Brodell arrested by HCSO yesterday on an arrest warrant for PC 399 (b) failure to control a dangerous dog or animal. This is for a 2024 case and the arrest warrant was issued on 5/9/24. The complaint lists the animal as a dog who caused serious injury to Pablo Ricardo King Ortiz III. This is a Eureka Police Department case. There have been no court dates in the case.
Jody Desiree Tambura arrested yesterday on a bench warrant PC 166(a)(4) violation of a court order and PC 278.5(a) malicious deprivation of child custody. She has two family law cases in the system with the same person. The 2025 case was consolidated with the 2024 case.
