On 11/6, Eva Tsenin resolved her 2025 DUI case by pleading guilty to Count 2, driving with blood alcohol level above the legal limit. Count 1 was dismissed by Humboldt County Deputy District Attorney Andrew Truitt. Humboldt Superior Court Retired Judge John Feeney sentenced Tsenin to 3 years probation. Ms. Rebecca Linkous is Tsenin's attorney.
