The Board of Pilot Commissioners (Board) will hold a special public meeting on November 5, 2025, at 2:00 p.m., to consider and potentially act upon Captain Ronald Greger’s petition for reconsideration, which was submitted to the Board on October 23, 2025.
The petition seeks reconsideration by the Board of its prior decision issued on September 25, 2025, in which the Board adopted the Administrative Law Judge’s proposed decision dated July 22, 2025, entered in the matter titled In the Matter of the First Amended Accusation Against: Respondent Ronald Greger, Captain, Pilot License No 2595-05.
The upcoming special meeting will provide the Board an opportunity to discuss the petition and determine whether it will order reconsideration of its previous decision or deny the petition pursuant to Government Code section 11521. Details regarding the meeting’s time, location, and public participation procedures are available on the Board’s official website, bopc.ca.gov.
