This whole Shannon Miranda vs Jennifer Raymond and Jenna Moore has wasted enough time for over a month

 

Humboldt County Building and Planning Director John Ford responded to my inquiry this morning.

"Hi Mr. Chiv:

I see there is a property at 2180 Drake Hill Road.  The owner is shown at Humboldt Humane.  That property is in the City of Fortuna.  We have no records on that."

The address provided by Mr. Ford has a vet clinic and a google search for Humboldt Humane comes up with Humboldt Humane Critters for Litters. That is Jennifer Raymond's Critters Without Litters. I also verified with the records in Humboldt County Assessor's Office.

That matches the information given to me about part of the tip.

I have made initial contact with the City of Fortuna City Manager Amy Nilsen.

"John, Fortuna does not have anything in its RIMS system for Jennifer Raymond, and the Fernbridge address is not in Fortuna city limits."

This whole Shannon Miranda vs Jennifer Raymond and Jenna Moore nonsense is taking up too much time. To people on both sides and their supporters; either file something in court with your claims and evidence that meets legal standards or stop accusing each other every other day and wasting everyone's time. I have said this repeatedly and some people listened; others did not so now you get called out in public. This weekend, only certain people contacted me. Everyone else respected my time and boundaries.

Evidence is not what you think proves anything. The lawyers, the County, law enforcement get paid. The other media has sales reps and funds to waste. I don't. 

I am not anyone's private investigator. Yet, information I spend time following up gets used for free by the public, the attorneys and their investigators who cannot come up with that information. How many of you invest in me and my work?

99% of court, law enforcement and my time is wasted on the Humboldt Jerry Springer show. And the lack of consequences for the public on social media who say whatever they want and are not held to any standards.

The principals in this drama all have money. At least two people have property. Since they have all this time on their hands, they should provide financial records on how much of their income is personal, from government funding and how much is from donations. Any tax payer and donor should ask whether the money being provided is being used for the purpose it was given.

Send that information to me and cc other local media if you want; since other local media is too lazy to ask real questions and let's see who prints it and fairly. 

Humboldt County Sheriff William Honsal is too scared to shut this down and tell the parties they are interfering and tainting a law enforcement investigation. Selfish people who don't care HCSO is short staffed and there is no shortage of crime in Humboldt County.

This is no longer about animals that the three key players claim is their motivation. 

Someone I spoke today who is a long time local and loves animals and is not political or in the public eye has adopted and rehomed dogs. There was one dog and despite agression, for months this person tried, it did not work. This person had to make the difficult decision to take that agressive dog to a local clinic to be euthanized.

This person had to do this today and in pain over this decision told me," These shelters and others passed their guilt to Shannon Miranda. They got to maintain their stats of no kill."

On the other hand, the high numbers of dogs Shannon Miranda took in causes this person concern. Shannon could address this but those frothing at the mouth in Humboldt don't care about anything except destroying lives and reputations.

The local liberal media or the Bay Area, Marin and other Northern California woke media will not cover and report that they send their urban problems up to Humbold; they won't question Humboldt County Sherrif William Honsal because they are useless and gutless.

I want to ask the women with a pitchfork against Shannon Miranda, especially Jennifer Raymond and Jenna Moore. How do you feel about abortion? Have you had one? All life is precious. 

I have seen what women go through at one of my early jobs in the East Coast when I worked at a women's clinic which provided many services including abortions. There was a mandatory wait period and counseling. I sat in a few counseling sessions as a part of my overall training. I have seen people block and harass workers trying to get into the clinic. I have seen both sides. I had to sit and watch a young girl who was a rape and incest victim be told it was too late for her to have an abortion because her appointment was one  day late. Another woman had no one, abandoned by the child's father, broke who agonized for weeks and finally decided to have an abortion. 

She was not a white liberal woman with privilege and wealth who could afford to protest for a month, obsess about strangers, throw out unsubstantiated accusations and carry on a vendetta for years. 

She had no one there to support her. She requested and was given special permission and asked me, a random stranger she trusted, to walk with her to the room before her procedure. All I had done was make her initial appointment. I was just kind to her when she came in and did my job.

Crying before and again after the procedure, she asked for me to thank me for not judging her. Women are traumatized when they decide to have an abortion. Both the pro life and pro choice zealots are too busy in their politics to be human or address the root causes.

It is the same in this situation. Stop talking about decisions someone else was forced to make for society's ills.

Jenna Moore and Jennifer Raymond, don't claim to love animals when your actions are full of hate and judgement and a need to destroy others. I am not talking about Shannon Miranda. You and everyone that has joined your hate parade has lied, smeared, harassed and threatened others including me.
