I believe what Deputy Conflict Counsel Owen Tipps said is correct because DA Investigator Martin Morris looked very stressed and I heard one of the bailiffs tell him to go to the Board of Supervisor Chambers to ID the suspect.
Yesterday at 4:15 p.m., Humboldt County DA Investigator Braden Brawner booked Jade Ty Watts into the Humboldt County jail for PC 148.4 (a) (2) false fire report and PC 166 (a) (3) criminal contempt of court. Watts was released on O.R.
