Three EPD patrol vehicles on near 3rd and T

 

Saw one EPD officer leave from 3rd and S a minute ago and he went towards 4th street. Two EPD officers, not in these vehicles, still here.

I posted on Facebook first, so technically it has been three minutes since one officer left.

I see a call for a welfare check on the 1800 block of 3rd street at 11:20 a.m.
