4th lawsuit filed against Dwivedi Tower LLC, change of attorneys for Dwivedi LLC

There are way too many filings these days and with civil cases, it takes a few days for clerks to scan things into e court. I do have the complaint for a 4th lawsuit against Dwivedi LLC filed by yet another former tenant, Chris Kirsch represented by Janssen Malloy. Same unlawful rent increase. A Case Management Conference is scheduled in the Kirsch lawsuit on 5/4/26.

There was an answer filed by Dwivedi yesterday in the second lawsuit filed by former tenant Amber Kirst. 

Nothing yet filed by Dwivedi in the third lawsuit by former tenant Cayman McFarland. 

There was a motion filed by Janssen Malloy to compel further responses to special interrogatories in the first original lawsuit for current tenants Don Swall and Vanessa Vachon. That is scheduled for 11/21. 

Also, this morning, while Dhillon Law Firm is still representing Dwivedi Tower LLC in the first lawsuit; Ms. Krista Baughman has withdrawn and Mr. Shawn Coles has taken over the case. Based on all this, I am pretty sure the Case Management Conference in this case will be continued.

11/21 motion to compel was continued to 12/22/25 by stipulation. On 11/21, Janssen Malloy filed a stipulation for leave to amend the complaint in the Swall and Vachon lawsuit to add Raechel Nankervis as a plaintiff. That order was signed by Judge Canning on December 8, 2025.

12/8/25: Both parties request continuance on CMC and motion to compel.  The motion to compel is scheduled for 1/30/26; CMC on 3/9/26.
