Three Humboldt judges have denied Jordo's motions yet he remains clueless

Those who have an interest in Jorden Place aka Jorden Sterling have read my posts. Others can read the October 8, 2026 and September 18, 2026 posts which has all my coverage.

Jordo has a fee waiver, somehow has money to pay fees and Humboldt Superior Court has done nothing about checking where this money is from. He just keeps filing nonsense because the cost is not coming out of his pocket.

He had a hearing on October 16, one is listed tomorrow and one on 10/23. Three Humboldt Superior Court judges have denied his motions but Jordo will keep draining the taxpayers of California instead of going back to Oregon where he claims he resides. He is just one pro per litigant wasting time and resources because like everything else in Dumboldt, people with valid claims get screwed overwhile the Jordos work the system.

He got diversion in three of his criminal cases; he got custody of his daughter which is a better outcome than many get in the halls of Humboldt injustice and many people have suffered more than Jordo. Any other person would have left this place and been grateful.for the outcome.

For those who wish to read what Humboldt Superior Court Assistant Presiding Judge Timothy Canning; Humboldt Superior Court Steven Steward and Retired Humboldt Superior Court Judge John Feeney have denied, I have included rulings on Jordo's motions.

10/19/26: Three cases are now listed as off calendar because Jordo did not appear in court. He filed those motions and wasted the civil staff, the DA and court's time. No warrant issued, no sanctions. The case was before Humboldt Superior Court Judge Heather Durand.

In his lawsuit against the Humboldt County Sheriff's Office, Jordo finds out, he is clueless about the law.

10/23/26: In CV2601720,  Jorden Place vs Pacific Towing, the motion filed by Mr. Dustin Owens to declare Place a vexatious litigant was continued by stipulation to 10/30 when request for entry of default filed by Jorden Place is scheduled. Patty Comarsh not present; Jorden Place present via Zoom and Dustin Owens via Zoom.
