Attorney representing John KS Doe against County of Humboldt specializes in representing sexual assault survivors as well as employees for discrimination, retaliation and wrongful termination

 

On the 10/27/26 agenda for the Humboldt County Board of Supervisors is a lawsuit against the County of Humboldt filed by John KS Doe.

He is represented by Margie Rene Potter, a San Francisco attorney who specializes in representing sexual assault survivors as well as employees for discrimination, retaliation and wrongful termination.  

The lawsuit alleges John KS Doe was "sexually abused, harassed and molested at the hands of Humboldt County Deputy Probation Officers and employees (hereinafter referred to as "THE PERPETRATORS")". The alleged incidents took place at the Humboldt County Juvenile Hall.

The complaint was filed on 9/29/26. A Case Management Conference is scheduled on 3/29/27.

The alleged conduct "on or after January 1, 2002."
