Once again, Dustin Owens and Heather Burke win; Cyndy Day-Wilson loses in Nylander family lawsuit

 

Once again, Mr. Dustin Owens and Ms. Heather Burke prevail and Cyndy Day-Wilson loses. Motion for summary judgement denied in Nylander family lawsuit. Ms. Shelley Addison who represents Mama Nylander also had the motion for summary judgement denied.
