I have been covering 37 year old alleged molestor Briyan Lee Marquardt's case since his arrest in March 2026.
Yesterday, his preliminary hearing was continued by the District Attorney due to procedural and possible jurisdictional issues. Criminal proceedings are suspended for Count 8 & 9. There is a hearing on 10/20 regarding Rule 4.116 as it pertains to Count 8 & 9.
