I reported on two lawsuits involving Robert Doran against the City of Eureka. One was dismissed. The other, I tripped and fell lawsuit is scheduled for trial.
On 10/16, Mr. Connor Traut appeared for Robert Doran. Mr. Matthew Bertini for City of Eureka. Trial assignment on 2/10/28; jury trial for 2/14/28.
