Best comment of the evening so far at 6:13 was from Humboldt County Planning and Building Director John Ford. "I don't know what the audience understands."
This in response to a Commissioner asking the status of Miranda's Rescue permit. Director Ford said it was suspended.
"bypass local authority" ; "external accountability" were words used by the speaker before the Commissioner asked, "Does the audience not understand that the permit is suspended?"
