Aunna Bollman charged with two felonies in 13th criminal case

The Humboldt County DA's office had to waste time filing charges in the 13th criminal case for Aunna Bollman who should never have been released into the comunity or granted mental health diversion so she could be arraigned this afternoon by her must go date. She is charged with two felonies, Count 1 VC 2800.2 (a) evading an officer and Count 2 PC 422 criminal threats. Alleged victim for Count 2 is Ricardo Cedillo.

Arraignment is this afternoon. More details from arraignment will be added to the post  later. She was represented by Gregory Kreis in her 12 criminal cases so arraignment is just a confirmation.

At arraignment, Kreis who represented was appointed by Humboldt Superior Court Judge Lawrence Killoran. Bail in this case set at $25,000. Bollman requested a Marsden motion.

Pre trial on 10/5; Marsden motion 10/13 and preliminary hearing on 10/14. Her previous 12 cases set to coincide.

10/5/26: Waste of a court hearing because court minutes just say continued with no date so I assume to 10/13

pre trial says continued with no date in court minutes so I guess to 10/13 when the Marsden motion is scheduled.
