On the day of his jury trial, Kody Marcelli enters a plea and is sentenced in his DUI case

 

This time Kody Marcelli will be booked into the Humboldt County jail. On the day of his DUI jury trial, Kody entered a plea. Commit to jail date is 11/21. I covered Kody's 2018 case in which he was  convicted of assault. 

In his waiver and plea form, it indicates this is Marcelli's second DUI offense.

Humboldt Superior Court Presiding Judge Kelly Neel sentenced Marcelli to 10 days in jail, credit for 1 day. Marcelli cannot serve SWAP for first 4 days of sentence. He is on probation for 3 years.

Deputy DA Alison Hershon appeared on the case for the People. Deputy Public Defender Lauren LaBow is Marcelli's attorney.
