Since permits are such a concern to Jennifer Raymond and her ilk, did she have them for work done on her property? Is "Frankie" willing to swear under oath in court there was no paperwork for the dog she adopted?

Cati usually gets back to me very promptly within minutes. I could have waited until Monday to see if anyone from the County would respond but there is no guarantee they will and when.

With the daily witchunt conducted by arrogant women who think they are above the law; the local Sheriff silent about any potential conflicts of interest and lack of transparency and response by Sheriff Honsal; every second matters.

Jennifer Raymond, Jenna Moore and the biased anti Shannon Miranda crowd are not waiting. They are out there making sure this stays in the news cycle daily and locally, the rest of the media is still not asking the questions they should of HCSO or vet claims by these zealots.

Lies and smears are being spread by despicable, hateful people and most in immoral, fearful Humboldt County stay silent.

Permits and Shannon Miranda were brought up at the Humboldt County Planning Commission meeting yesterday. Jennifer Raymond is one of the speakers who spoke about Shannon's permit.

I guess speaking at the Board of Supervisors meeting two days ago and the 15 seconds of fame they have received so far is not enough attention for the narcissists and the anti Shannon Miranda crowd.

I received a tip this afternoon. I tried to verify it and tried to reach a few different people earlier this afternoon. Finally, I sent this email to Humboldt Building Planning Director John Ford and Humboldt County Public Information Specialist Cati Gallardo.

Many people support Shannon but they are afraid to speak up. They see what the pitchfork Humboldt mob has done to Shannon, me and anyone who supports Shannon or tries to have a rational conversation about Miranda's Rescue.

Later this evening, someone with the same information but a few more specifics agreed to speak to me and use her name even though I offered anonymity. Debbie is credible. She is Miranda Rescue's ex board president.

Debbie raised the same question about Jennifer Raymond that others did earlier today. Did Jennifer Raymond have permits for work on her properties? All these people frequently travel the area where Miranda's Rescue is and Jennifer Raymond's properties are located. Debbie said Jennifer Raymond's property was "way overgrown" but starting recently, last winter, she and others noticed Jennifer Raymond "ripping windows out", "redoing the place" and doing construction on the property. There were no visible signs posted that anyone was working. Did Jennifer Raymond get the appropriate permits?

Jennifer Raymond owns another building on Drake Hill Road, not her house. It is near a vet clinic. And that building also had "work done." Debbie and others were told by a someone near that second property that Jennifer Raymond did not have permits.

If Jennifer Raymond did have permits for either or both properties, then John Ford and the County of Humboldt should have no problem promptly providing me that evidence and when they were issued.

Debbie was at the Board of Supervisors meeting on Tuesday. She remembered a woman who claimed her name was Frankie who came to Miranda's Rescue the day before to adopt a dog. Debbie was there. She has a copy of the form filled out for the adoption. The next day, Debbie was shocked to see this woman at the BOS meeting, admit she gave a fake name and then lie about no paperwork.

Jennifer Raymond admits to trespassing. "Frankie" lies, admits deception, which should be on the video of the BOS meeting, there were people in attendance at the meeting and there is paperwork that refutes Frankie's so called claim.

If you think this is an isolated incident, I have a bridge to sell you? Even if Shannon and his supporters, those who worked with him provide you more evidence refuting claims; it is clear that some people are just interested in repeating speculation and being angry.

What matters in court is evidence and credibility. Judges don't believe anons and keyboard warriors lame, unsubstantiated claims and opinions on Facebook. The Jenna Moore Jennifer Raymond reality show script is poorly executed and boring to anyone with a fulfilled life.

When I first mentioned Jennifer Raymond in my first post on April 28, all I did done was mention her name. Raymond had the audacity to question if I identified where she lived in that post. I did not. She did not ask me but went behind my back.

Is she incapable of reading what was in that April 28 post? She is the one who has been giving interviews to any "media" who will listen and post her narrative, saying she is Shannon Miranda's neighbor and that she bought the property next to him. People know where Miranda's Rescue is, where Shannon lives so the road where Jennifer Raymond lives is not new information and it is relevant to my PRA. Jennifer does know how PRAs work. She has submitted enough to Humboldt County about Shannon Miranda. Very similar to one submitted by Lost Coast Outpost's Ryan Burns.

Jennifer, Jenna et al have no problem doxxing Shannon or me and others. Some have done it anonymously; some with their names. This rabid group has jeopardized my safety, my livelihood and I have documented what people posted using their names and kept a paper trail.

What anons say, I don't give a damn or read and people telling me about anon, irrelevant online forums and the gossip is a waste of my time and a a distraction because cowards can say anything under anonymity. They have no facts; just ad hominem nonsense. They surfaced when I covered and exposed Gregory Kreis, they resurfaced with my Miranda Rescue coverage. You get the pattern. All of them are obvious. Irrelevant nobodies who have no facts to debate, achieved nothing but think their useless one cent opinion matters. Use your name and stand by your words if you are so confident and are speaking the truth and you should be fine if your words are tested in court by legal standards. Not willing to do that? But you are willing to smear, harass, dox me and others? Anons are always hateful, weak, miserable trolls who have issues, can't deal with the truth, are full on anger and wimps who hide behind a screen or lie behind your back.

I was not going to include all my prior coverage on the Miranda's Rescue investigation but I have in this post as appreciation for the new readers.
