Nichole Thorpe was booked into the Humboldt County jail yesterday on her arrest warrant for homicide, child endangerment, great bodily injury and welfare fraud. Thorpe was booked on no bail status. That could be changed at arraignment by a judge.
Complaint merged with DHHS case filed 4/7/26.
6/9/26: Thorpe hired Ms. Kathleen Bryson. Retired Humboldt Superior Court Judge John Feeney didnot change her no bail status. Setting of preliminary hearing on 9/10.
