37 year old Nathan Charles White was arrested yesterday by Fortuna Police Department PC 261(a)(4) rape of an unconscious victim, PC 261(a)(2) rape by force or fear of bodily injury and PC 273.5(a) domestic violence.
White has a 2018 dui conviction which was set aside in 2025; three traffic convictions, two family law cases and one civil case in Humboldt Superior Court.
3/17/26 update: The DA will not be filing charges for the March 12 arrest of Nathan White by the Fortuna Police Department. I will be adding this update to the post I did on the March 13 blog. White was on the must go list to be arraigned by today which is moot now.
