At arraignment, the DA's office had indicated they would file a PC 1275. 1 motion which requires the defendant to prove money or property used for bail was acquired legally and not through criminal activity.
I checked all morning several times and the DA just filed an order shortening time and a motion but it does not indicate what the motion is and I don't know yet if the OR bail hearing will be continued. It is a motion regarding bail.
3/16/26: OR & supervised release denied by Judge Killoran. DA OST for bail motion denied due to late filing.
