20 year Felix Arbaugh is charged with the attempted murder of his uncle. On 3/18/26, instead of being arraigned on information, criminal proceedings were suspended. Defense declared doubt. Humboldt Superior Court Judge Steven Steward noted that he also saw Arbaugh "making nonsensical statements" and certain body movements. Dr. Brunetto's reports are due 4/17/26.
4/17/26: Due to power outage, rescheduled for 4/20.
4/20/26: Found not competent to stand trial. Hearing- interest of justice on 4/23; placement hearing 5/15.
