Audra Sisson also files paperwork for Eureka City Council Ward 1

 

I posted this on Facebook an hour ago. As you can see, I was in court covering arraignments and a verdict live, so am posting it on the blog now.

Audra Sisson filed 501 for Eureka City Council Ward 1. I reported previously that Jason McCutcheon filed paperwork for the same position. Current Eureka City Councilmember for that ward, Leslie Castellano is termed out.

I am not going to post social media information for anyone with the same name. A potential candidate should send out a press release or have some official page or website.

McCutcheon has a conviction in a 2024 infraction case for 14CCR8.00 (a) (5) fishing in low flow conditions at Mad River. In California, that does not disqualify him from running for office.
