On May 24, I reported that Dakota Stanley resolved his case. Instead of going through a preliminary hearing, Stanley pleaded guilty to PC 288.4(b) for a two year low term sentence for and had the two more serious charges dismissed. He was sentenced yesterday to two years as agreed. He has to register as a sex offender. Stanley has 221 local custody credits. He can get credits in prison so he wont be in prison for long.
Stanley was charged with PC288.4(b) arranging a meeting with a minor to commit a lewd and lascivious act and PC 288.2(a)(2) sending harmful material to seduce a minor and PC 311.11 (a) possession of child pornography
