Trial dates had been previously scheduled in the second lawsuit involving Joe Mazzotti. This one was filed against Mazzotti LLC by Itria Ventures LLC for breach of contract. When I checked on this case, a 7/26 date has been added for a motion for summary judgement. Joe who is representing himself has filed some court documents. I have provided some complete documents and excerpts from other filings. Joe Mazzotti can say whatever he wants, let's see what happens on 7/26. NOTE :Personally, I don't have anything to do with the guy, and I'm glad he's gone, but not after burning a couple ex-employee friends of mine several years ago. I was on a mapping and geo- project for some friends and got a wild hair to go on a hunt after reading your story, and I had time to kill.
That said....perhaps he shouldn't have posted where someone used to live if he wanted to be cryptic about it. That would be me. I saw the IG videos, and he's definitely on the Kitsap peninsula, west of Seattle, somewhere on the east side of it. He has videos of him crossing the Tacoma narrows bridges and taking the Edmonds ferry (one I used to commute on occasionally) with a musical attachment, "Edmund Fitzgerald". If that was a clue for the Edmonds/Kingston ferry for us to figure out, I got it. He's cryptic like that. The ferry one has a Kitsap Fast Ferry (the little boat) which operates from Seattle to Kingston, et al. I rode that little boat hundreds of times when it was part of the state ferries.
He posted a few others of him lounging on a deck at allegedly his new home "with my family". Well, having lived on that peninsula for almost a decade, I believe I can narrow down where he's at: east side of Kitsap, near Keyport (or somewhat south of Brownsville) of there with the channel between there and Bainbridge Island. There are a few other spots that have narrow channels like that and I may be wrong, but if they were on the western side, several larger mountains and the whole of Olympic mountains would be visible. I'll bet I'm close though.
Oddly enough, as you wrote, he has a hearing on July 1st? There's an old phrase in Kitsap, which is oft used as a hideout county much like Humboldt, that says, "Come to Kitsap on vacation, leave on probation, come back on a violation". We'll see what happens on the first.
