Today, Sarah Carroll waived preliminary hearing in her hit and run case. She was held to answer on all charges. Arraignment on information is on 6/18.
6/18: Carroll arraigned on information. Trial confirmation on 10/7; jury trial on 10/14. Ms. Heidi Wells present for the victims.
