Mercer Fraser sued by PG & E for negligence and violation of public utilities Code Section 7952. PG & E is represented by LA law firm Urrabazo Law. PG & E is asking for "no less than $319, 669.16 plus interest, litigation costs and all additional amounts according to proof."
No attorney listed for Mercer Fraser when I checked today. There is a Case Management Conference scheduled on 11/30/2026.
Mercer Fraser is also being sued by Steven Jonas on behalf of State of California and aggrieved employees for violations of California labor law. Another PAGA lawsuit. Jonas has hired Emeryville law firm Schneider Wallace Cottrell Kim LLP. Mercer Fraser is represented by Mr. Ryan McCoy. There is a Case Management Conference on 8/31/26.
