I covered convicted sex offender Alberto Iskra's arrest and court case. He was sentenced today by Humboldt Superior Court Judge Lawrence Killoran.
On April 30, Iskra pleaded guilty to Count 1 forcible rape and Count 9 PC 261.5 (c) statutory rape with stipulation to prison terms.
Deputy District Attorney Carolyn Schaffer is the prosecutor for the case. Deputy Public Defender Emery Welton is Iskra's attorney.
