Destinee Rhamy and Sparrow Albritton have minor updates from today which I have added to previous posts. I was the only one to sit in for some of Vincent Nelson's preliminary hearing today which was lengthy. No one else was in court for Nelson. Former Ferndale Police Office Tanner Gardner, current Police Officer Cesar Cervantes and Reserve Police Officer Alan Mendes were only few of the witnesses today at Nelson's hearing. That will be a new post but the hearing is still on calendar for tomorrow and I want to wait and add court minutes.
I was at the courthouse all day today and will be doing election coverage tonight.
Tomorrow, there will be minor updates added to several previous Humboldt court posts. Whether that includes two sentencings but one never knows until the last minute.
