Aaron Hooven has been arrested multiple times in 2024, is a repeat offender, how many pleas does he get before it is time to put him in prison so the public is safe for a few years?

Aaron Chris Hooven was arrested by HCSO yesterday for PC 273.6 (a) violation of a court order and PC 1203.2(a) probation violation. The jail log says these are new charges. Based on how defendants are treated in Humboldt for violating court orders repeatedly, Hooven will face no consequences.

In a 2024 court case for PC 273.6 (a), the criminal protective order was modified on 9/12/24. Hooven was out of custody on supervised release.

I have covered Hooven before since 2018. 

2/21/25: Hooven arrested again by HCSO for probation violation and a number of charges from his previous arrests.
