Instead of a preliminary hearing in her stalking and drug case on 1/30/26, Carla Pirovano entered a conditional plea for probation and no additional jail time. She pleaded guilty to felony PC 594 (b) 1 vandalism and two misdemeanor counts of PC 415 (2) disturbing the peace.
Humboldt Superior Court Judge Kaleb Cockrum took her guilty plea for additional counts 4 and 5. Counts 1, 2 and 3 were dismissed. Court minutes have more details. Sentencing is on 2/20.

2/20/26: Sentenced to three years probation by JudgeCockrum; 109 days in jail imposed but covered by custody credits; protective order filed and served.
