In my November 17 post on Cass Bell, I questioned whether the DA would file charges against him for the November 3 arrest.
I am in the process of verifying tips. I have emailed Humboldt District Attorney Stacey Eads about one tip, "I have now heard from two sources that charges will not be filed. Can you please tell me if you or the charging deputy have made a decision or is it still pending and being reviewed?"
The third tip in the process of being verified and it is about Bell's bail bond.
2:16 p.m. : I just spoke with the Chief DA Investigator Kyla Baxley and the case is still being reviewed. DA Eads also confirmed pending.
Until the DA makes a decision; I do not want to post name of alleged victim/other party involved or details.
