If only all civil lawsuits settled so quickly.
The 12/19/25 Case Management Conference in Charles Slaughter's lawsuit against Best Western Plus Bayshore Inn et al, High Desert Hotel Investment LLC was not necesary because the case had settled. There is a dismissal hearing scheduled for 5/18/26.
This is the Best Western in Eureka by Bayshore Mall.
