On December 16 2025, I did a post on a class action settlement between Connie Parks vs Northwest Investment Co and Eureka Natural Foods.

In the December 16, 2025 post, according to a former employee, Littlefield no longer owns ENF and sold it to a manager. I looked up what was listed on the California Secretary of State website.
That was not the only lawsuit filed in 2023 against Eureka Natural Foods. Rick Littlefield is listed in court documents. This lawsuit was filed by former employee Sierra Brody. It settled and then a dismissal was filed. Lawsuit claims involved disability discrimination and other FEHA violations.
Brody was represented by Mr. Sean Shahabi of the Jaurigue Law Firm which is in Glendale, California. ENF was represented by Janssen Malloy's Mr. Patrik Griego.
