On August 8, I did a post that former HCSO Lt. Sam Williams lost his appeal of 2023 Humboldt criminal case. Judge Timothy Canning presided over the case. Judgement is affirmed.

Today, a remittitur was issued.
Since my last post petition for review was denied by the California Supreme Court.
