4th and S accident. Eureka Police trying to get the cars moved out of the road. Just saw an officer speak with the driver of the first vehicle. 2:36 third EPD vehicle pulled up as well as Humboldt Bay Fire. No ambulance on scene. 2:41 Officer Koa Mihalov is speaking with another driver. The Yurok housing on the corner across the street just offered EPD their surveillance. HBF left.
