Former Kern County Supervisor charged with child abuse and possession of an assault weapon

 

Today, California Attorney General Bonta filed a complaint in Kern Superior Court against former Kern County Supervisor, Zachary Scrivner.

Scrivner is charged with three felony counts of Penal Code section 273a, subdivision (a), alleging child abuse, and two felony counts of Penal Code section 30605, subdivision (a), alleging possession of assault weapons.
