Another arrest by DA Investigator Ryan Hill for alleged sex crimes with a minor

 

46 year old Joseph Raymond Shinn was arrested yesterday by DA Investigator Ryan Hill for PC 288.2(a)(1), PC 288.3(a) and PC 288.4(b).
