I received a tip via email at 10:02 a.m. this morning titled "Oops by Yes on F".
The screenshot with the flyer and response sent to me by the tipster has a time stamp of 5:54 p.m. The original post was on the Humboldt Bay Coffee Facebook page yesterday afternoon around 2:30 p.m.
In the press release from Yes on F which I posted on October 30 and that was before any other local media, Ramirez remarks from a special session of Eureka City Council meeting were included.

I reached out to Yes on F spokesperson Gail Rymer to see if she or the Yes on F campaign wish to comment.
I also reached out to Ramirez. She responded, "Thank you for saying something on my behalf.
I am so Furious.
I was never contacted or asked about my stance. That flyer went out representing my support but I NEVER EVER gave consent for my name to be used for their political campaign.
The flyer gives impression that I am supporting this measure.
Thank you for caring enough to say something, it feels like a violation."
