Joseph Larue is scheduled to be arraigned this afternoon on two 2024 cases. One is his fugitive from justice case from Oregon. The other is his HCSO case with 20 felony counts.
Bail is listed in the complaint filed in Humboldt Superior Court in the amount of $300,000 in the fugitive from justice case from Oregon That is different than what I was told from the jail when LaRue was booked but there could be reasons for that change not entered in e court or information only the DA has access to at this time.
I will court minutes later. 11/7 and 11/8 are very busy days for me and I have to prep for other crucial deadlines so updating Larue and court cases will be done when I have time.
11/6: Arraigned in CR2403294 with pre trial on
11/7 and 11/14. Preliminary hearing on 11/19. In
CR2403293, resetting of probable cause hearing schedued for 11/7; identity hearing on 11/14 and pre trial conference on 11/19.
11/7: Conflict Counsel's office relieved. Ms. Andrea Sullivan appointed. 11/14 date vacated in both cases. Hearings on that date now rescheduled for 11/12. Protective order modified at request of alleged victim who was in court for peaceful contact via telephone. Alleged victim can also have jail visits with or without her daughter.
11/12: In CR2403294, preliminary still scheduled for 11/19; in CR2403293 Larue admits he is the defendant & waives identity hearing. On
11/19, there is a hearing written extradition waiver.
