Sparrow Albritton has been arrested twice last year in less than two months. I have been checking regularly if charges were filed.
She was arrested on 10/23 for statutory rape by Fortuna Police Department and posted bond. No charges have been filed for this arrest because no report has been received by the Humboldt County District Attorney's Office from Fortuna PD.
Albritton was arrested by California Highway Patrol on 12/10 for DUI & child endangerment and was released on OR. Charges in that case were filed by the DA on 1/5/26. Two felony counts of PC 273a (a) child abuse and two misdemeanor DUI charges. Alleged victims for the child abuse counts are John Doe 1 and 2.
Arraignment is on 1/21/26.
