I have been adding updates to the last post I did on Lucas Russell. The last update was that Readiness Conference was continued to this morning for discussion about resolution. After rejecting the People's offer last July, just minutes ago and right before his jury trial scheduled for Monday, Russell just entered a plea in his molestation case.
50 years determinate term in prison instead of life, waived apellate rights and has to register as sex offender. The assault and battery case was dismissed.
I will add more details next week.
