U.S. District Judge Jeremy Kernodle, a Trump appointee, and a Texas Judge dismissed without prejudice the lawsuit filed by GOP Representative Louie Gohmert et al.
Judge Kernodle said the plaintiffs lacked standing. The plaintiffs also could not link personal injury traceable to Pence.
Predictably, Gohmert et all are appealing to the 5th Circuit Court of Appeals.
