Intervention was scheduled this afternoon for attempted murder suspect Jonathon Boone. At defense request, it was continued to August 22. Preliminary hearing is scheduled for August 26 was vacated after defense requested a continuance.
Intervention is 9/9; preliminary hearing is 9/26. Alleged victim is Matthew Gatlin.
