Murder suspect Maxx Robinson's jury trial scheduled for August 19 was vacated. Defense motion to continue was granted over People's objection. Defense is trying to get a new expert.
Trial setting is September 5. Robison is charged with the murder of Rhianna McKenzie and attempted murder of Elisha Mansell.
