Motion to modify the search clause condition for Ray Christie's scheduled for tomorrow

A motion to modify the search clause on OR conditions for Ray Christie's is scheduled tomorrow morning at 8:30.

Christie's attorney, Mr. Ken Bareilles filed that motion on September 4.

Further arraignment on information is scheduled for September 20. Christie is charged with 43 counts; four of those counts are felonies PC 597 (b), the rest are misdemesnors. FG5652 (a).
