Further trial confirmation and a hearing on the defense motion to continue the jury trial was scheduled today murder suspect Maxx Robison.
Deputy District Attorney Roger Rees objected; however Judge Dale Reinholtsen found good cause and granted the defense motion. Trial setting is scheduled for October 3.
