James Earl Webster was arrested by HCSO yesterday for PC 664/207(a) attempted kidnapping, PC 459/461(a) burglary  , PC 594(b)(2)(a) vandalism.

Zacharias Millwood arrested for possession of child pornography

Zacharias Robert Millwood was arrested by Arcata Police Department yesterday for 4 counts of PC 311.11 (a) possession of any child pornography. Millwood posted bond and is out of custody.

Third HCSO vehicle sirens flashing speeding on H street

Around 3:20 p.m., saw four HCSO vehicles going down H street near the post office. At 3:22 the fourth car. People on H followed protocol when you see an emergency vehicle with lights flashing. The last two HCSO cars had to stop to get through the intersection because entitled idiots on 5th decided to speed and block law enforcement. 

I was at a local business and heard that someone was speeding 80 mph and shooting out of a vehicle and that this was near Washington school and that the suspect maybe in custody.

I have contacted HCSO for official information. The HCSO vehicles are related to the tweet which was posted right after I saw the HCSO vehicles. Updates have been added to post. 

Defense subpoenas Fortuna High School records in Landergen case

 

In January, alleged molestor Gary Landergen was held to answer to 4 of the 8 counts originally charged by the DA.

Today, at trial confirmation, the  May date for jury trial vacated. On 3/17, Mr. Zach Curtis subpoenaed records from Fortuna Union High School. They were given to Conflict Counsel for copying.

Daniella Moore transported from Humboldt to prison

Daniella Moore was transported from the Humboldt jail to the Central California Women's Facility on 4/18. There was no parole date listed at this time.

Man rants and threatens Rex Bohn, Travis Schneider, HCSO, Humboldt Judge on Facebook with no evidence

 

Frederick Breckenridge posted this on Facebook about three hours ago. He tagged First District Supervisor Rex Bohn and the post, so far, has been only liked by former Humboldt County resident Dave Varshock. After this post was published, Bohn removed the tag so the post  is no longer on his Facebook page.

I wanted to document in case anything gets deleted. Breckenridge's name sounds familiar. I am all for exposing the entrenched systems and the Humboldt good ole boys but ranting on Facebook, threatening people and making unsubtantiated allegations without evidence lacks credibility and is stupid, especially if there are current legal proceedings.

There is are some other attachments and posts which on Breckenridge's Facebook page are restricted and one of them calls out Fifth District Supervisor Steve Madrone. 

The only thing I could find online was a reference to Breckenridge and a Humboldt family support case in the public admonishment of Judge Christopher Wilson by the CA Judicial Council.

Based on his Facebook posts, Breckenridge does not like Joe Biden,masking during COVID and has posts about "toxic femininity".

Jacob Jordan Fisher was arrested by Eureka Police Department on September 10 for PC 69 resisting arrest. Fisher was arraigned on that charge. Other counts pertain to his co-defendants.

Convicted sex offender arrested for aggravated battery, assault and failure to register

 

David Leigh Graham was arrested by Eureka Police Department last night for PC 290.013(a) failure to register as a sex offender, PC 290.011(a) failure to register as a sex offender , PC 243 (d) aggravated battery causing serious bodily injury, PC 245 (a) (1) assault with a deadly weapon.

At least in this year's booking photo the convicted felon isn't smiling

Convicted felon Leo Josh Rosecrans who was arrested by HCSO today was arrested last September by Fortuna Police Department for PC 273.6 (a), violation of a protective order.  When I checked in September 2022, Rosecrans already had two other cases in Humboldt Superior Court system.

Was Alyssa Hunsucker selling fentanyl in tribal housing?

There is tribal housing at 1800 4th Street. The HCDTF press release does not give the exact address. Before the tribe bought that property in that block, it was housing for men at Teen Challenge. There was no loitering, drugs when TC maintained it. I walk by this area frequently. Is this where Alyssa  Hunsucker was selling the fentanyl?

Travis Schneider has the same attorney as SN and Citizens for a Better Eureka

 

Bradley Johnson is the attorney for the recent lawsuit filed by Citizens for a Better Eureka and sent a comment letter on behalf of Security National to the Eureka City Council regarding the 5th and D parking lot. He is also the attorney for Rolling Meadows Ranch.

20 year old arrested for rape of an unconscious victim and sexual battery

 

Ethan Erik Halseth was arrested by Rio Dell Police Department yesterday for PC 243.4 (c) sexual battery and  PC 261(a) (4) rape of an unconscious victim. Halseth posted bail on April 13 which was $75,000. 

Rio Dell Police Chief Allen told me, "Good morning John, what I can tell you about this case is very limited due to the sensitive nature of the charges."

Defense requests continuance for alleged molestor's preliminary hearing

 

Alleged molestor Sebastion Hockett is charged with sexual assault of a minor under 10 years old PC 288.7(b), sexual assault of an unconscious victim PC 289 (d)(1) and sexual exploitation of a child (PC 311.3(a). The complaint does not indicate gender of the child.

Violation of probation case was dismissed against Brett Watson by Judge John Feeney on April 11. A completely different ruling than the one in the restraining order case by Judge Timothy Canning involving some of the same witnesses from the City of Arcata.

Defense withdraws 995 motion, change of plea scheduled in Miller homicide case

 

Defense in murder suspect Jason Miller's case had filed a 995 motion. Arguments on the motion had been continued twice. Offers had been made by both parties.
